OMG! I've upgraded my singnet plan 2 days ago n i couldnt connect to the internet using the new modem!! And the angrier thing is that calling Singnet broadband helpdesk DUN SOLVE MY PROBLEM AT ALL!! all they do is ask me try this n try that and they say will call me later BUT THEY NV CALLED ME TWICE!! the explanation they give was they called and no one responded. BUT MY PHONE WAS NEITHER RINGING NOR THERE'S MISSED CALL!! after calling the helpdesk for 2 nights they couldnt help me but give me another no to call to enquire about my modem.. And that no. only operates till 9pm on weekdays. OMG!
