i hate sleepless nights.. n i hated being awake n cant get back to slp.. n nightmares.. n tossing n turning..
cleo said that drink milk before slping can help but i tried n dun think so..
tried reading a book be4 i slp but realised that after i started reading i become more awake..
holidays shld be nice n u can slp all u want but i jus got a problem getting to slp.. somemore e weather is so nice these days but my brain cells jus cant help being vigilant.. sian..
