This is the first day of chinese new year and it is the year of OX! Mooo

As for my cny eve, i was totally disappointed by the food that Tiffany Cafe served. Three words to describe: NOT WORTH IT!! There was no oyster, no crab, lack of sashimi and "un-delicious" cooked lobster! ZZZ.. Seriously, i dun recommend anyone to go! And there was really a lack of variety.. i think the variety is even worst than Vienna. BUT, Tiffany serve nice desserts. hehe.

Mummy and I went to Chinatown to get Lim Chee Guan ba gua!

Queue looks short! But I barely moved 2 meters after an hour!

We were DAMN lucky! Cos we were the last 10 to get the ba gua! And we queued DAMN long for it! 3 and half hours!



Qin wanted me to try the Ambigram of "yuan" and "round". The store vendor say the two words dun go well together! HAHA!!

Youth Researchers Nite at IBN! Hoho.. happy to meet up with IBN interns and mentors! Dr Chow was awarded the "Outstanding contribution to YRP"!

DAMN surprised to see Thahara giving the presentation for her YRP research project. And she was awarded for Young Researcher! WAO~

This is the first field trip for my module LSM3271 Forest Ecology! Its so long ( like 2 yrs?) since I last went for any field trips! haah.. So exciting! And our Teaching Assistant is the module coordinator cum lecturer! He was very fun and friendly! (: ohh.. and i forgot to mention that this is Bukit Timah Nature Reserve! I'm so lucky to get Kalene in my grp cos all the others were separated into different grps.. zzz

And we saw a Water Monitor! omg.. YUCKS!

I was so surprised when my tuition kid gave me a bottle of kueh bangkit.
And the point is that SHE MADE IT HERSELF!!!
It was damn nice!
Wah.. i can never make such a thing myself!
And i found out that the shuai ge at her house sometimes was not her brother but her cousin.
HAHA

I came across this shop called "Pink Beauty" in amk and they sell cosmetics, perfumes, body care and hair care at a MUCH CHEAPER price as compared to outside!!! I dunno how to explain the exact location but its near AMK hub under those low-rise hdb flats. Let's jus compare the price of New Maybelline's Unstoppable Mascara - Other places sell it at $17 to $18 but they sell it at $13.50!! *WOW* (O.O)

And Zara is having 50% sale!! I've been wanting to go but haven got a chance to go yet. After years of observation, Zara usually have their sale in mid yr or around yr end. Once they start their 30% sale, its worth awaiting a little while longer becos they will launch their 50% sale soon!! haha... So dun get cheated when they are having 30% sale. =x

Oh dear Oh dear.. i wonder why i always get headache after i exercise.

So i went to see Eu Yan Seng doctor at PS.

An appointment with a famous TCM doctor from Eu Yan Seng isnt cheap! Its 60++ per visit. But i think he was gd cos i went to see him previously for other problems and the medicine that he gave was rather effective. Hope that it works this time too!!

New year eve 08!

Finally.. i'm in singapore on new year eve this year! Though m5 couldnt celebrate it together, jy and xj asked me out for countdown! Here are some updates on my new year eve with jy, xj and duck (:

We went to Rabbit Brand Seafood near raffles place to eat Abalone fried rice! yumyum *slurps* But the abalone was a bit small..

I was thinking how come xj has a crown on her head. And after i magnify it, i realise its the security police's vest that's reflecting light! cool!!

Its the first post of 2009!

Though lots of unhappy and sad things had happened in 2008, i believed that happiness will arrive in 2009!

It will be a fresh new beginning to try out new things and enjoy myself to the fullest!

Bintan trip was great! We were lucky that it didnt rain during our stay!
